Job Description
As Bar & Restaurant Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department to provide exceptional product and service within brand operating standards. Manage all aspects of food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis and coordinate special events.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily F&B outlet operations
- Coordinate special events
- Control budgeted revenues, expenses, and labor costs
- Maintain security of restaurant inventory and financial transactions
- Establish sustainable purchasing practices
- Train and educate hosts on cost-focus philosophy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years restaurant management experience in a full-service outlet
