Assistant Reservations Manager
Job Description
Assists with the soliciting and managing of reservations sales-related opportunities. Manages and provides training and work assignments to Reservations Sales staff. Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Identifies new reservations sales business
- Monitors same day selling procedures
- Executes and supports operational aspects of business booked
- Tracks no-show reservations and processes charges
- Handles guest complaints and disputes
Qualifications
- High school diploma with 3 years experience OR 2-year degree with 1 year experience
