Finance & HR Manager
Job Description
The Finance & HR Manager is responsible for leading the company's financial management, accounting, compliance, payroll, and human resources functions. This role ensures financial accuracy, discipline, transparency, and strong people operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and reserve policies
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, invoicing)
- Ensure payroll compliance and processing
- Oversee HR policies, employment contracts, and records
- Manage onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Qualifications
- 4-8 years in finance, accounting, and payroll
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based models preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA is a strong advantage
- Multi-entity or multi-market experience is a plus
