Business Development Specialist
Job Description
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for supporting and driving the company’s B2B commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating commercial pest control and environmental service projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across the market.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with the Projects team on service mobilization.
- Track KPIs such as leads, proposals, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum Experience: 1–5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
