Senior Manager, Operations

Job Description

Noon is building the Middle East’s most powerful ecosystem of digital products and services: fast, scalable, and deeply customer-centric. As Senior Manager, Operations, you will be responsible for designing and scaling the end-to-end operational backbone of the B2B marketplace. This role sits at the intersection of business, supply chain, customer experience, and finance, and will play a critical role in ensuring the platform can scale reliably and profitably.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own end-to-end operational workflows across the order lifecycle: order capture, fulfillment, invoicing, returns, and after-sales
  • Design processes for B2B-specific use cases such as bulk orders, RFQs, split deliveries, partial fulfillment, and credit customers
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Logistics, Finance, and Seller teams
  • Define and track core operational KPIs (OTIF, fill rates, cancellations, return rates, SLA adherence)
  • Identify bottlenecks, failure points, and cost leakages, driving continuous process improvements
  • Support business decisions by grounding strategy in operational realities

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or marketplace businesses
  • Experience managing complex order flows (B2B, enterprise, or large-scale ecommerce preferred)
  • Strong understanding of operational KPIs, cost structures, and process optimization
