Job Description
Qualified Contracts Manager to oversee contractual and commercial aspects of major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Extensive knowledge of contract administration, claims management, and FIDIC-based contracts is required.
Responsibilities
- Administer pre- and post-contract activities
- Lead contract negotiations and compliance checks
- Review and approve interim payments and claims
- Liaise with clients and legal advisors to resolve disputes
- Monitor contract performance and manage correspondence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- 15 years of construction sector experience
- Minimum 5 years in Saudi Arabia or GCC
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and Saudi public works contracts
