Recruitment Advisors
Job Description
As Recruitment Advisor, you will provide a full cycle recruitment experience to assigned departments within the Emirates Group, from sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring high calibre candidates capable and competent to perform the role and fit the Emirates Group Values.
Responsibilities
- Understand assigned departments' manpower recruitment needs and convert into Department Recruitment Plans.
- Support specific recruitment campaigns locally and globally.
- Agree with hiring managers on effective recruitment approaches using various channels.
- Leverage available databases and technology to identify and shortlist candidates.
- Recommend appropriate recruitment and selection methodologies.
- Build professional relationships with Hiring Managers and departments.
- Carry out administrative duties in the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- 12 yrs school education or equivalent and 5+ years of recruitment experience OR Degree or Honours and 2+ years of recruitment experience as an in-house or agency recruiter.
- Experience with various selection processes (Digital Assessments, video interviewing, telephone interviewing, reference checks).
- Ability to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework.
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS systems and CMS Systems.
