Learning and Development Consultant
Job Description
As a learning and development consultant at Gallup, you’ll help us fulfill our mission of changing the world by delivering transformational learning experiences to organizations across the globe. You'll work independently to prepare and deliver compelling programs that generate organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Master concepts related to strengths development and engagement
- Facilitate Gallup’s curriculum through virtual and in-person experiences
- Analyze and consult on talent-based selection hiring
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in I/O psychology or related field preferred
- At least five years of experience in training, consulting, or human resources
- Ability to travel 50%-75% of the time
- ICF certification preferred
