Warehouse Manager (Roads O&M)
Job Description
The warehouse manager performs a variety of tasks crucial to the smooth running of the warehouse including receiving and checking goods deliveries, organizing optimal storage, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role contributes to safe and efficient road operations across Qatar's Strategic Highways.
Responsibilities
- Management of the materials warehouse for road maintenance services
- Acceptance, inspection and storage of deliveries
- Issuing and returning materials to employees and service providers
- Carrying out regular stock checks and inventories
- Maintaining warehouse management software
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and safety
- Coordinating with purchasing for reordering
- Optimizing warehouse processes
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics, road maintenance or similar
- Experience in warehouse management, ideally in the public sector or construction industry
- Light vehicle driving license; heavy vehicle license desirable
- Forklift license
