Job Description
Motivated Field Engineer Trainee to join SLB in Awjilah. The trainee will support service delivery operations, participate in risk management, and gain exposure to technical and customer-focused engineering in the field.
Responsibilities
- Execute service delivery to customers
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs
- Assist Design/Technical Engineers with technical programs
- Develop customer contacts to promote products and services
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers
Qualifications
- Engineering / Master degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related field)
- Strong interest in field operations and service delivery
- Basic understanding of engineering processes, safety, and compliance standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
