Project Manager
Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and delivering food & beverage fit-out projects from inception to handover. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements of restaurant environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end F&B fit-out projects
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and cash flow
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct site meetings and provide progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fit-out contracting, with strong exposure to F&B projects
- Proven track record in delivering restaurant, café, and kitchen fit-outs
- Strong understanding of MEP, kitchen equipment, and F&B operational requirements
