Outlet Manager
Job Description
Manage assigned restaurant to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare schedules for employees according to forecast
- Conduct regular training sessions with the team
- Evaluate team performance and initiate development
- Responsible for timely set up of the food & beverage outlet
- Handle welcome and seating of arriving guests
- Maintain professional relationship with patrons
- Update the outlet’s regular guest database
- Monitor cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Involvement in promotional activities
Qualifications
- College / university degree graduate
- Minimum of two years experiences in a similar role
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
