Construction Manager
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects to completion within budget
- Develop and implement project plans (scope, schedule, budget)
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site inspections for compliance and progress
- Manage project documentation (contracts, change orders)
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Mentor and develop junior staff
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field is preferred
