Job Description
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to manage and grow relationships with SME and B2B clients. The role focuses on promoting financial products and services, achieving sales targets, and supporting business growth within the local market.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire SME and B2B clients
- Promote and cross-sell financial products aligned with client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of proven experience in sales, ideally within financial services, banking, or lending institutions
- Strong understanding of SME and B2B client management
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
