Technician (HVAC - VRF Experience)

Job Description
The Technician is responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems across projects and service contracts. The role requires strong hands-on technical capability, particularly in VRF systems.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission HVAC systems, including VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, and FCUs
- Ensure installation work complies with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Carry out piping, wiring, ductwork installation, and control system integration
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and control system faults
- Attend service calls and emergency breakdowns
- Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation
- Carry out quality inspections and support pressure testing
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments
Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certificate in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 7–10 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- Manufacturer training certifications for VRF systems (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Toshiba, Samsung)
- Valid driving license is preferred
