Job Description
Pivotal role in the Volvo Service Centre performing diagnostics, repairs, and customer interaction. Ensure compliance with Volvo FIR and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer booking and dialogue
- Perform diagnosis and general repairs
- Ensure compliance with Fix It Right (FIR) processes
- Maintain diagnostic tools and workshop equipment
- Report deviations in Volvo systems
Qualifications
- 6–7 years of experience as a Light Vehicle Technician
- IMI LV Master Technician (L3–4) certification
