Senior Network Technician (Network Engineer)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Technician to lead the end-to-end delivery, operation, and maintenance of our passive network infrastructure. You will be responsible for the installation, termination, testing, and certification of structured cabling systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery and maintenance of passive network infrastructure
- Perform advanced troubleshooting using OTDR and Fluke testers
- Conduct detailed site surveys and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Maintain as-built drawings using AutoCAD or Visio
- Manage field teams and coordinate with active network engineers
Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in IT infrastructure/network support
- 3-5 years in a Senior Network Technician role
- Mandatory Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Telecommunications
- Strong expertise in passive cabling technologies (UTP, STP, fiber optic)
