Cost Controller
Job Description
Monitoring and controlling costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and supporting informed decision-making across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational costs (food, beverage, etc.)
- Implement cost control systems and procedures
- Conduct regular inventory checks and variance analyses
- Prepare detailed cost reports and financial analyses
- Review purchase prices and supplier contracts
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller, preferably in hospitality
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Fluency in English
