Job Description
Account Manager – Corporate Training Solutions. Join Maximus KSA and help organizations in the Kingdom elevate their workforce through world-class learning solutions. As an Account Manager, you will lead our sales efforts across Riyadh, engaging with corporates, SMEs, government, and semi-government entities to deliver impactful training and development programs.
Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of training courses and learning solutions across Riyadh
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across technical, leadership, compliance, and accredited learning portfolios
- Build and manage a robust, qualified sales pipeline
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM entries
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience — ideally in training, HR solutions, consulting, or professional services
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- CRM proficiency
- Deep knowledge of the KSA market
