Financial Controller
Job Description
Manage financial operations across multiple entities, performing daily reconciliations, generating analytical reports, and supporting investor relations. Oversight of daily bookkeeping, cash-flow analysis, and monthly closing processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare weekly cash-flow snapshots and liquidity analysis
- Complete monthly close across multiple entities
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Support investor distribution calculations and reporting
Qualifications
- CPA-level experience or equivalent certification
- 4+ years of professional bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Sheets
- Excellent spoken and written English
