Techno Functional Specialist-Oracle HCM
Job Description
The Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules is responsible for expert guidance in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the application. The role ensures the Oracle HCM application is up to date with quarterly updates and integrated effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and analyze business needs
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Provide technical expertise in data migration and integrations
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Conduct end-user training sessions
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM trends and features
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 - 10 years techno functional Oracle Fusion HCM experience
- Strong experience in PaaS development (APEX, VBCS)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood user experience
