Job Description
The Café & Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction, while adhering to operational policies, health standards, and financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of café and restaurant outlets to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage, supervise, and motivate staff including supervisors, chefs, cashiers, and service teams
- Ensure product quality and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Monitor operational costs, inventory, and control budgets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Handle customer complaints effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Prepare periodic performance and sales reports for senior management
- Contribute to menu development, promotions, and customer experience enhancement
- Train, evaluate, and develop staff performance
