Marketing Communication Specialist
Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develop integrated marketing communication plans that align with objectives
- Create media plans that optimize use of traditional and digital channels (TV, radio, print, outdoor, online display, social media, SEM)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop messaging strategies and creative content
- Negotiate media planning and partnerships to secure favorable rates
- Monitor and analyze media performance metrics (reach, frequency, impressions, CTR, conversion)
- Provide insights and recommendations based on media performance data
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging media platforms
- Manage relationships with media vendors, agencies, and other partners
- Prepare and present regular reports on media performance and ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing or Communication, Public Relations, Advertising)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of marketing, especially in marketing communications traditional and digital media planning, CRM communication
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Creative thinking and identify long-term opportunities and trends
- Team player with problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Following digital trends
- Advance skills in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, PPT), Marketing Automation tools
- Automotive experience is plus
