Job Description

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for their engagement teams within the Finance Service Tower, delivering Finance Managed Services to customers. This includes execution of processes, accountability for services level performance and continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day delivery for Finance engagements
Ensures timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
Completes quality reviews and audits
Accountable for SLA / OLA compliance
Manages and mentors engagement team members
Builds relationships with client teams

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5+ years experience relevant to Accounting or Financial Reporting
3+ years people management experience
Knowledge of US GAAP and Insurance or Reinsurance accounting experience is desirable
