Real Estate Broker Manager
Job Description
The Real Estate Broker Manager will oversee daily brokerage operations, lead and develop a team of brokers/agents, and drive overall sales performance. This role requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and proven business development expertise to ensure compliance with industry regulations, build lasting client relationships, and expand the company’s market share.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor brokers and agents
- Set clear objectives, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching
- Develop strategies to grow listings and transaction volumes
- Ensure adherence to UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations
- Review contracts and documentation for accuracy
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Supervise client issue resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within a UAE brokerage
- In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and documentation processes
