Job Description
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual volume, revenue, and market share targets in Dubai. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team and consultants to ensure high performance and professional growth. Showroom Management: Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring premium brand standards, vehicle display excellence, and a high-quality customer environment. Sales Funnel Management: Monitor the lead management system (CRM) to optimize conversion rates from initial inquiry to final delivery. Inventory Control: Manage local stock levels and vehicle aging; coordinate with the logistics team to ensure a balanced supply of high-demand models. Customer Experience: Ensure the highest levels of Customer Satisfaction (CSI) by resolving complaints and refining the sales journey. Promotion & Events: Plan and execute local marketing activities, test-drive events, and roadshows to generate footfall and high-quality leads. Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, market trend analysis, and competitor activity reports to the regional headquarters.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in automotive sales
- At least 3 years in a Sales Manager role within the UAE
- Strong background in retail operations
- Proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets
- Must hold a valid UAE Driving License
