Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales for our KSA office to lead the sales strategy and IT System Integration business. The role demands a strategic leader with deep experience in enterprise sales, solutions consulting, and partner management.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy for IT solutions
  • Lead the development of sales plans, forecasts, and budgets
  • Manage and mentor a team of account managers
  • Drive new client acquisition, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners
  • Monitor performance metrics including revenue and gross margin

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in enterprise IT sales
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
