FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description
The STES FSR will provide technical assistance dedicated to the maintenance of thermal imagers and Night Vision Goggles in Riyadh. You will support AEC for the duration of the contract, identifying technical problems and ensuring operational availability of equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with in-depth diagnostics of cameras and NVGs
- Support maintenance technicians with repairs and component replacement
- Implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Support precise calibration of cameras for optimal performance
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance operations and solutions
- Track inventory of spare parts
- Ensure compliance with Thales procedures and safety standards
Qualifications
- Senior Technician diploma in Optronics
- At least 5 years’ experience in the area of optronics sensors
- Knowledge of Camera MINIE/LUCIE family products or similar
- Specialized training and certification in Thermal Camera
