Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative is accountable for generating leads and converting customer interests into sales transactions in coordination with the field sales team.
Responsibilities
- Handle Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert to SQLs
- Identify lead generation strategies
- Drive SQLs to closure
- Forecast accurate deals on a weekly and monthly basis
- Secure discount approvals and build quotes in Salesforce
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the IT sector
