Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative is accountable for generating leads and converting customer interests into sales transactions in coordination with the field sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert to SQLs
  • Identify lead generation strategies
  • Drive SQLs to closure
  • Forecast accurate deals on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Secure discount approvals and build quotes in Salesforce

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the IT sector
