UI/UX Design Team Lead
Job Description
As a Design Team Lead at AEMS.ai, you will lead and manage our design team of 4 designers and grow the team to 8 within the next two months. Ensuring high-quality design while fostering growth and excellence across the team will remain a priority.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design team
- Conduct regular design reviews and performance evaluations
- Maintain the design system
- Oversee and conduct user research
- Set and evolve design processes and workflows
- Mentor designers for career growth
- Research and evaluate new design tools and trends
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer working on digital products
- Experience in B2B SaaS or AI-powered products
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
- Experience conducting and overseeing user research
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
