Job Description
Manage construction management and construction supervision services for healthcare and hospital projects, ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved designs, contracts, schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction management and supervision activities
- Serve as primary interface with clients and contractors
- Coordinate site supervision teams
- Monitor contractor performance and compliance
- Ensure compliance with Qatar local building codes
- Review contractor submittals and shop drawings
- Monitor progress against schedules and budgets
- Chair site meetings
- Manage testing, commissioning, and handover
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- Minimum of 15 years professional experience
- At least 7 years in healthcare construction management
- GCC experience is mandatory
