Sr. Director Sales Multifamily National Accounts
Job Description
Leads enterprise-level sales strategy and relationship management for major national clients by developing and executing key account plans and negotiating complex contracts.
Responsibilities
- Leads and develops a team of sales leaders by driving financial results
- Cultivates C-suite and senior-level relationships with key decision-makers
- Delivers financial performance by meeting or exceeding plans and managing P&L
- Oversees complex bids, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Collaborates cross-functionally to streamline communication and standardize processes
- Analyzes market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 9+ years of experience managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar national or enterprise accounts
- 7+ years of leadership experience building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing sales leaders
