Showroom Supervisor
Job Description
Responsible for driving sales and profitability to meet business targets, managing store operations, and staff development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead staff in achieving location targets
- Plan and prepare work schedules and assign employee duties
- Ensure proper implementation of merchandise and planograms
- Manage store revenue and cash handling
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries
- Train, coach, and mentor store staff
- Ensure a safe and secured work environment
Qualifications
- Overall 3+ years of experience
- Strong English and Arabic language capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree
