Civil Engineer / Architect
Job Description
Responsible for supervising and managing high-end residential building projects, ensuring execution of structural works and finishing works in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and managing residential building projects
- Ensuring execution of structural and finishing works
- Dealing with consultants and designers
- Coordination of site tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 7–15 years of experience in contracting companies
- Currently residing in Kuwait with valid driving license
- Transferable residency (Article 18)
