Technical Data Analyst - Freelance, Remote
Job Description
Our client is a business intelligence and data management company that helps organizations optimize telecom and technology services. You will support their Business Intelligence team to ensure clean, complete, and timely service data.
Responsibilities
- Contact telecom/technology service providers to obtain missing details
- Review Excel/Smartsheet datasets to identify missing, inconsistent, or duplicate entries
- Standardize formats and merge/remove duplicates
- Update service attributes following defined validation rules
- Submit requests to move services to month-to-month terms or initiate termination
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical support and/or data analysis within telecom/technology services
- Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data validation)
- Hands-on experience with Smartsheet
