Specialist - Operational Readiness
Job Description
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Specialist - Operational Readiness to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of operational readiness initiatives to ensure the successful launch of our innovative entertainment and leisure facilities. Your efforts will focus on conducting readiness assessments, identifying process improvements, and facilitating training to enhance staff performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of operational readiness strategies by partnering with various departments
- Conduct assessments of operational readiness to ensure all areas are adequately prepared
- Identify and document gaps in operational processes and contribute to the development of solutions
- Support the creation and delivery of training programs for staff
- Monitor relevant metrics and KPIs to assess operational performance
- Collaborate with project teams to verify that operational requirements are incorporated
- Participate in regular meetings and workshops to provide updates on readiness status
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in operational readiness, project support, or a related field
