Job Description
We are looking for a HR Manager who recognizes that culture is key, with the drive to create an enabling and empowering environment. You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives and manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems
Qualifications
- Omani Nationality
- 2 years related experience in Human Resources
- High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent
- Must speak fluent English
