Job Description
Deepdub is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IT Localization Operations Manager to oversee technical intake, validation, and delivery of assets for large-scale localization and dubbing projects. This role sits at the intersection of production, engineering, and customer delivery, ensuring that content flows smoothly through technical pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end intake and delivery of assets across large-scale localization projects
- Serve as the primary operational contact for delivery-related coordination with customers
- Review and maintain customer technical specifications for audio, video, and metadata
- Validate files received from production teams before customer delivery
- Analyze root causes for customer rejections and coordinate corrections
- Act as the primary bridge between Production and Engineering teams
- Translate production needs into clear technical problem statements for engineering
- Own issue triage and prioritization across the localization pipeline
- Perform large-scale file operations including mass renaming and structure verification
Qualifications
- Strong technical background in digital media workflows and asset delivery
- Proven ability to work independently and manage complex, multi-project environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support global collaboration
- Experience prioritizing and resolving issues across cross-functional teams
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communication skills
- Background in localization or dubbing is nice to have
- Familiarity with Bash or Python is nice to have
