Internal Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
Responsible for managing the movement and staging of materials within the manufacturing facility, ensuring raw materials, components, and finished products are efficiently transferred to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the internal flow of products between departments
- Overall coordination of heavy equipment request intake and assignment
- Ensure timely delivery of products to workplaces as requested
- Organize and track internal transport (forklift, truck, trailer)
- Performance evaluation and working hours management for the team
- Scheduling and oversight of heavy equipment maintenance
- Track and record transfers using excel or ERP system
Qualifications
- Diploma or High School or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations in manufacturing
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP)
