Merchant Success Team Lead
Job Description
As a Merchant Success Team Lead, you'll lead a team that ensures Foodics merchants are happy, successful, and getting the most value from Foodics' products. You'll focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by managing relationships and solving problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the Merchant Success team
- Ensure merchants have a smooth onboarding experience
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address escalations
- Analyze merchant feedback and usage data
- Develop strategies to reduce churn
- Prepare reports on team performance and key success metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or related degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Operations Officer in the Fintech / POS industry
- Knowledgeable on SAMA regulations and framework
- Expert in Excel and Microsoft tools
- Solid English & Arabic communication skills
