Job Description
We are partnering with a high-growth, well-established organization to appoint a "Senior Talent Partner" who will play a key role in shaping hiring strategy and strengthening the organization’s talent capability.
Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for critical and senior roles
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
- Building strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Effectively utilizing ATS platforms and recruitment portals to maximize reach and candidate quality
- Leveraging recruitment data and insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
- Elevating candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Contributing to employer branding initiatives where relevant
Qualifications
- Solid experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative communication style
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems and online recruitment platforms
- A structured, data-driven approach to hiring
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Strong command of English
