Job Description

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and support our clients in web and mobile application projects. This is an on-site role based in Batroun, Lebanon.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming client inquiries via email, Whatsapp and calls
  • Follow up on client requests and coordinate with technical teams
  • Provide basic explanations about services (web & mobile development)
  • Track client issues, requests, and feedback
  • Maintain organized records of client communication

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Support, or Sales Support.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable using online tools.
