Job Description
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and support our clients in web and mobile application projects. This is an on-site role based in Batroun, Lebanon.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client inquiries via email, Whatsapp and calls
- Follow up on client requests and coordinate with technical teams
- Provide basic explanations about services (web & mobile development)
- Track client issues, requests, and feedback
- Maintain organized records of client communication
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Support, or Sales Support.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable using online tools.
