Job Description
To support and manage the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Club’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework. Al-Ahli Club Company is seeking a professional to ensure effective risk identification and mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of the Corporate Governance framework
- Ensure policies and committee charters remain compliant
- Lead the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
- Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments
- Maintain a structured Compliance Management Framework
- Prepare executive reports on risk and governance
- Lead and develop the GRC team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Law, Finance, or Risk Management
- Professional certifications (GRCP, CRMA, CRCM) preferred
- 9–12 years of relevant experience in GRC
- Minimum 3–6 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia
