Principle Agilist
Job Description
Gritter Francona is looking for a Principle Agilist to lead and oversee all SAFe® transformation initiatives across the Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI). This role serves as the enterprise authority on SAFe®, Lean-Agile mindset, and Agile product delivery, acting as the primary change leader driving sustained Agile adoption across portfolios, value streams, and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all SAFe® transformation initiatives across OCI
- Serve as the enterprise authority on SAFe®, Lean-Agile mindset, and Agile product delivery
- Define, implement, and continuously evolve OCI's SAFe® transformation roadmap, maturity model, and success metrics
- Lead, mentor, and develop the SAFe® transformation team, including SPCs, RTEs, and Agile Coaches
- Partner closely with executive leadership to align Agile execution with enterprise objectives
- Establish enterprise standards, governance, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be a Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC)
- Minimum of 20 years of experience developing complex IT solutions
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading SAFe® transformations within large, complex organizations
