IT Helpdesk Executive (Arabic Speaker)
Job Description
Perform daily IT Operations in collaboration with business units within the Department with the goal of providing technical IT support for both hardware and software used internally.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical IT support for both hardware and software
- Support Project managers in managing, developing and implementing IT systems
- Manage internal websites based on the operational plan
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or similar
- 4-6 years of experience in IT
- MCSA or ITIL Foundation preferred
