Senior Software Engineer Team Lead
Job Description
Clinikit is an innovative cloud-based clinical management platform. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead to translate business requirements into technical specifications, design architectural decisions, and lead technical discussions.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Design and document system flows, sequence diagrams, and integration patterns
- Lead technical discussions and architectural reviews
- Mentor engineers and enforce engineering standards
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant, multi-AZ architectures on AWS
- Manage microservices decomposition and domain boundaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
- 3+ years as a senior or lead engineer owning architectural decisions and feature design
- Strong professional experience with React.js, Next.js, and Node.js
