Job Description
GEMS Metropole Al Waha is seeking an HR Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations within a school setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide recruitment support for school-based positions
- Manage the full recruitment process for non-teaching positions
- Prepare employment contracts in compliance with GEMS policies
- Manage day-to-day HR operations in the school
- Liaise with insurance carriers and manage benefit administration
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the off-boarding process
Qualifications
- Experience leading HR in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
