Development Director (Private Developer - Riyadh)
Job Description
The Development Director will lead the end-to-end development life cycle of large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and deep experience in real estate development within Saudi Arabia. Our client is a well-established private real estate developer headquartered in Riyadh, with a diversified portfolio spanning residential communities, commercial assets, and hospitality projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full development life-cycle from feasibility and design to delivery
- Drive development strategy and business planning
- Manage consultants, architects, and contractors
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management
- Work with senior leadership on investment decisions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior development role within residential, commercial, or hospitality real estate
- Delivered minimum 3-4 projects through entire lifecycle
- Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
