Job Description
Driving financial insight, strategic forecasting, budgeting, unit economics, and performance analysis. This role ensures the company makes data driven decisions and that financial performance aligns with business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the full budgeting cycle and quarterly forecasting
- Build financial models for loan flows and investor economics
- Lead monthly business reviews with C-level
- Define all financial business rules for LMS
- Evaluate new products/features using robust financial logic
Qualifications
- 10+ years in FP&A in fintech, lending, banking, mortgage finance, or high growth companies
- Deep financial modeling expertise
- Strong understanding of lending economics, NPL dynamics, and risk adjusted returns
