Healthcare Grounds Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
The Healthcare Grounds Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all exterior facility and grounds operations at healthcare facilities on Al Udeid Air Base. This includes landscaping, waste management, dumpster operations, and energy conservation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate grounds maintenance staff
- Oversee upkeep of lawns, gardens, and parking areas
- Implement landscaping plans and irrigation maintenance
- Manage trash and recycling operations
- Develop energy conservation initiatives
- Monitor maintenance activities and records
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
- Knowledge of energy conservation practices
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License
- DoD Secret Clearance
